An Introduction
I try to dispel the myths and dogmas surrounding Turkish coffee, such as boiling the coffee three times. Unfortunately, in many cases this means actual boiling, which is tantamount to ruining the coffee. Filtering the coffee gives my guests the greatest experience, that they no longer have to pay attention to the grounds, they can enjoy their drink in its entirety.

Step 1
I am aware of the importance of water quality and dry matter content.
Step 2
I stopped using the powder-fine grind because it causes overdissolving and bitterness. Instead, I use a coarser, espresso-like grind.
Step 3
I shortened the preparation time, now I prepare it in just one minute, also to prevent over-dissolving.
Step 4
It further cleans the flavor notes when it is warm, approx. I start the preparation with 70°C water, but approx. I stop at 90 °C.
